Refund policy

We have a NO RETURN policy, which means you cannot return any items for a refund or store credit. However, if you get in contact with us, we can have a chat regarding the issue. This is also due to safety and hygiene considerations. 

As our products are hand made and not made in a factory, our items are bound to look slightly different to photos and no 2 items will be identical.

Damages and issues
We go above and beyond to make sure your item is not damaged or defected prior to being shipped to you. We thoroughly look over all items. We will not cover any human error on your behalf of the product if it is damaged or defected by your own self or others. 

Exchanges

We also have a no exchanges policy. All items once sent to you cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. if you do unfortunately receive a defected item you must send us an email with your order number reason for defect and a photo within 3 days of receiving your parcel. 

Refunds

If by your email a defect has been found it is up to you to pay for shipping back to us so we can inspect your returned item to let you know if a refund will be approved or not. if approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
